Focusing on combat skills and their better enhancements of combat, there is always room for improvement. And make my troopers understand that if someone else isn’t leading you take lead and lead your men into victory. I would show them the best way to deal with each situation. I want my men in the best shape and the ones who won’t die as much during an operation. Showing them how not to get shot so much; As the idea of that it doesn’t hurt to take lead if your officer can’t lead right. And as a commander that means you must show and lead your battalion, legion, or squad the best you can, so when you die during the battlefield they would know what to do in the best way possible.[/b] What makes you stand out from the other People who possibly want this commander spot?: [b]Well I would keep my troopers in check and would protice them the best as possible even that means taking a shot for my trooper, I would rather keep my troopers alive and keep them alive then keep myself alive and knowing that I could of saved a trooper that day[/b] Describe the Try-outs you will do for people to get into your Regiment:(150 Words Min):[b]Tryouts would be see how good at them of firing, clearing, and [/b][i]coordination[/i] [b], then [/b]since [b]we are the 104th I would make them drive vics and see how cornated they are, making go throw the ranking, the commander's name, and a question is kill your brother, or kill a jedi, they say jedi they fail they say clone they fail as well. I would also run it as a 3 strike system. For ARC I would make them do a mini mission to see cornated they are, clearing, and then recon. Afterwards I would see how good they are at sneaking around, negation, brother or jedi, and then show them what is the best option when in a difficult switch of saving a brother or grabbing the enemy hostage. I appreciate the added info about the lesser grammar and spelling (If you've seen my previous replies, you know that this is a big deal for me, but given English isn't your first language, I can respect the effort to learn it. I believe that if you'd slow it down that you may have made some of the things said in your app more legible. I appreciate the show of character within the application but understand that myself as well as others have to read it without your given tone, so for future reference don't emphasis statements by typing them out again as without proper punctuation, this calls for a very messy read back. To my understanding you believe that if your squad makes it, its a victory. It should really be that if everyone makes it (Your squad as well as others) it'll be a victory. Understand that we're all in this fight together. Not just you. To my knowledge you surround yourself with people that can teach you things, you buddy up with Boreale a lot of times or I find you next to me, this is good as it never hurts to learn a few more tricks. I notice you perform effectively in the field and are more likely to step up to a commanding spot when it's called for. Initiative is good. I believe you'd make for a great Commander of the 104th (if not at least an XO) I hope other higher-ups look at this and take what I said into consideration before making a final decision.
