I was Commander of 104th in legacy fleet, and I was a Sergeant of Republic commandos in Two Tone SWRP. Why should we pick you for the Commanding spot: (150 Words Min): The reasons you should pick me is because I am very skilled in hosting tryouts, and conducting Regiment Events, like a Training, or a practice sim. I am fit for this position because I feel like I am fit to lead this particular regiment and not other regiments, like Republic Commandos, is because I was a 104th in Legacy. I know how the 104th operates, I know all this, because I look into their lore, and i find it very interesting, that the 104th act as the Armored Division and an Attack Battalion. the 104th uses the AT TE walker. They sometimes even fly fighters like the famous LAAT transport. What makes you stand out from the other People who possibly want this commander spot?: What makes me stand out is that I have experience as a Commanders. I am a caring man, who will not stop at defending his men, like Wolffe did. Describe the Try-outs you will do for people to get into your Regiment:(150 Words Min): First Off, i would introduce them to the tryout, by telling them on what we specialize in, then I go over the rules. Next, I would conduct Faces, which if they fail, they will receive a strike. 3 strikes and you will be dismissed from the tryout. Next, i would do Formations, I would go over, Singe Column, double column, tight wedge, loose wedge, the firing lines, then I will introduce 2 new formations, Echelons, which are like wings. Finally I would go over what trigger discipline is. Lastly, before I welcome them to the 104th, they must do a sim, they all have 3 lives, Lose all lives, and you will get a strike. (OOC) : I think that you should pick me, because I have experience in SWRP since late 2017 and Early 2018. I literally have 2-3 years of experience as a soldier in Gmod. From SWRP to HaloRP to 1942RP, and back to SWRP.

 Lets just go right into the questions since I do know you abit. I wonder what you mean by "I am a commander in other servers", like are you actively leading in other servers right now or did you just write the wrong thing? Its good to know you have all this experience and all but, you would have benefited greatly by using this to sections as an opportunity to talk more about yourself and what we could expect from you. Moving on as to why we should pick you, its because you're skilled at hosting tryouts and sims / training. Its good to know you understand the lore a bit though its odd that you note them as an armored attack battalion even though they mostly just did search and rescue operations. I don't know what "Legacy Fleet" is off the top of my head so you stating ti here like a sort of trump card seems out of place as well. Keeping this moving though you mostly just state here that you have experience again like in the summary though you do state that you're quite caring. I wish you spoke more about this in your app as the way it is now it seems like everything other than you experience and knowledge of the battalion is being put to the way side persay. For the tryout section it seems like a fine tryout though you should be doing the brotherhood code test and if you plan on utilizing new formations I strongly recommend you teach it to those who passed after the try out as a apart of their orientation with the group.
