I have many things that would start out great only to be ruined by someone who felt like they had the right to do whatever or ruin the fun for everyone involved simple because they wanted a laugh. and because of this they have installed a great dislike towards them. Why should we pick you for the Commanding spot: (150 Words Min): [b]Well there is a severe lack of commanding staff and due to this problem there have been many situations that require more than one commander or none. Also thanks to the lack of discipline has caused many shock members to do things that should not happen. Under a watch full commanders eye or even an officer. And so by allowing me to take up the mantle of commander gree I will do my absolute best to reform and fix problems when they arrive or evan give a helping hand to any of the commanding staff. Hopefully Resolving the problem before it gets worse or happen at all.Also there is no one really trying for commander gree and I personally like him. I have many great experiences as him and I'm hoping that I can make more great memories with him here. And have a greater time with everyone and just have a good time all together.[/b] What makes you stand out from the other People who possibly want this commander spot?:My experience,personality and the fact there is no one else. Also I feel that thanks to the time I spent on the server I have gotten use to the way things are. Describe the Try-outs you will do for people to get into your Regiment:(150 Words Min): [/b][b]There is not much to them I will call tryouts and have the soldier line shoulder to shoulder and once I finish calling out tryouts we will begin with simple questions Like for example What is the 41st? What's the 41st Job? and who the commander is. there will also be situation questions like who's order are you supposed to follow and whether or not if they should carry out those orders. then after that I will test them one by one on Marksmanship. I'll have them shot targets from a distance with a DC-15s then after that we will do trigger discipline.
